International Shipping

International shipping rates are a flat rate at $50HKD. Orders will be processed Monday through Fridays with the exception of public holidays.

Your orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post and will normally take 7-21 business days depending on your location. 

Local (Hong Kong) Shipping

Local shipping rates are a flat rate at $20HKD. All orders are processed within 48 hours and are sent within 3 business days unless there is some epic swell. Orders will be processed Monday through Fridays with the exception of public holidays.

Please note that additional taxes and custom fees may apply at the cost of the customer. For exact rates, please check with your local courier and customs office for more details.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, House of Koa cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as stolen/ lost packages, service interruptions , severe weather, delay or disruption due to the current pandemic, etc.

Payments

All our prices are shown in USD. We accept payments from all major credit cards via Paypal and Squarespace. All payments will be processed through the Paypal  payment gateway.
